The flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Yet, the property requires significant upgrades, especially since the pool was closed, and common areas were not well maintained.

I stayed in a Queen Suite for 3 nights as a solo traveler. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room had ample space for relaxation. The flat-screen TV added a nice touch. The staff was responsive to my needs throughout my stay. Overall, a decent experience. 😊

The bed was super comfy, which was much needed after our days exploring the local attractions like the beautiful parks and fun downtown area. We really enjoyed the space, perfect for hanging out together.

One downside was the lack of daily housekeeping. It would have been nice to have our space tidied up during our stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in process smoother. However, the room had trouble with heating. cold showers were a persistent issue throughout my stay. Additionally, the property had a neglected appearance, both inside and outside, with overflowing trash bins that were not attended to. Despite the location's convenience near my training, the overall maintenance left much to be desired.

Cleanliness issues stood out, with stained linens and visible signs of neglect like hair in the sink and tub. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the railroad tracks adds noise and vibrations—definitely not ideal for anyone sensitive to disturbances at night. Maintenance left a lot to be desired when the elevator was out of service, forcing climbs up to the third floor, which can be a hassle after a long journey.
